Welcome to Trip Maker. By booking any travel service, holiday package, hotel, transportation, or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and confirmation from Trip Maker.

• The company reserves the right to refuse any booking without assigning any reason.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information.

2. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, airfare, hotel rates, or government regulations.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation from hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other service providers.

Trip Maker reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, government restrictions, insufficient participation, or operational reasons. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered as applicable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are generally processed within 45 working days from the date of cancellation, subject to supplier policies and banking procedures.

4. Travel Documents

• Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid identification documents.

• For international travel, passengers must possess a valid passport, visa, permits, and any other required travel documents.

• Trip Maker shall not be held responsible for denial of boarding, visa rejection, or immigration-related issues.

5. Hotel Accommodation

• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel's policies.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Hotels mentioned in itineraries are subject to availability. Similar-category hotels may be provided if necessary.

6. Transportation

• Transportation services will be provided as per the itinerary.

• Vehicle type depends on the number of passengers and package inclusions.

• Any additional sightseeing or route changes requested by the customer may attract extra charges.

• Driver timings and local transport regulations must be respected.

7. Itinerary Changes

• Trip Maker reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, political situations, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

• Such changes shall not entitle the traveler to compensation or refunds.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Trip Maker acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise companies, and other suppliers.

We shall not be liable for:

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Train delays or cancellations

• Loss of baggage or personal belongings

• Accidents, injuries, illness, or death

• Natural disasters or force majeure events

• Political disturbances, strikes, or civil unrest

• Failure of third-party service providers

Travelers participate in activities and tours at their own risk.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for both domestic and international travel. Trip Maker is not responsible for any losses resulting from the absence of travel insurance coverage.

10. Force Majeure

Trip Maker shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Floods

• Earthquakes

• Landslides

• Pandemics

• Government restrictions

• Political unrest

• War

• Strikes

• Severe weather conditions

No compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to:

• Respect local laws, customs, and regulations.

• Maintain proper behavior during the tour.

• Carry valid travel documents.

• Follow safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, or local authorities.

Trip Maker reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler's conduct causes inconvenience, danger, or disruption to others.

12. Website Usage

• The content available on the Trip Maker website is for informational purposes only.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

• Users agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India.
