Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Trip Maker. By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payments

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the travel.

• Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and government policies.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges will apply as per the timing of cancellation:

  • 30+ days before travel: Minimal cancellation fee 2000/- Per Person

  • 15–30 days: 35% of total package cost

  • 7–14 days: 75% of total package cost

  • Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charges

• No refund will be provided for unused services.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 45 working days.

• Any bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Changes & Modifications

• Trip Maker reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any additional cost arising from such changes must be borne by the customer.

5. Travel Documents

• Guests must carry valid ID proof and necessary travel documents.

• Trip Maker is not responsible for any issues due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Liability

• Trip Maker acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations of flights/trains

  • Natural disasters, accidents, or political disturbances

  • Loss of luggage or personal belongings

7. Hotel & Transport

• Hotels and transport services are subject to availability.

• Similar category alternatives will be provided in case of unavailability.

8. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for their health and fitness during the trip.

• Any medical expenses during the यात्रा will be borne by the traveler.

9. Behavior & Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave responsibly.

• Trip Maker reserves the right to terminate the tour without refund in case of misconduct.

10. Force Majeure

• Trip Maker shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control such as natural calamities, strikes, or pandemics.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking with Trip Maker, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
